VAMA is in a lively central area that is fun to walk and explore. The staff at VAMA are fabulous, and they amended our room to our wishes. The room however is worn. The shower door did not seal, the toilet seat was broken, the bed mattress sagged, and the towels were smelly.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I had booked a Deluxe room expecting high-quality service, but my experience was completely the opposite.
On the first night, I was given a room with a door that could not be locked. Despite informing the reception, they said the lock was broken, and I had to spend the night feeling stressed and unsafe. The next day, they changed my room, but the problems continued.
In the new room, the kettle was very dirty, smelled bad, and contained unclean water. When I asked for a replacement, they said they didn’t have one and were not polite in their response. After insisting several times, they responded rudely and even told me not to book this hotel again.
Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness was very poor and did not seem properly cleaned. The spoon I used for tea was also dirty.
This experience raised serious concerns for me regarding hygiene and safety. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
