    Very clean and spacious rooms with excellent location very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Staff are very helpful and friendly and best customer service. I definitely recommend this place.

    Lovely hotel. The guy at the reception was so helpful and kept my luggage for two days after checkout, as I did not want to carry the suitcase for my further travel.

    Here’s a revised version of the hotel review: The hotel has a modern, new appearance, and the furniture is contemporary. The bed is quite soft, providing a comfortable sleep. However, cleanliness is a major issue. It appears the bed sheets weren't changed, as they just turned them over, and I noticed stains on them. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, and there were hairs on the bed. I also found sunflower seed shells on the floor, which suggests that the room wasn't properly cleaned or maintained. It seems there may not be sufficient housekeeping staff to properly clean and prepare the rooms. The ceiling is low, which makes the room feel cramped. The service was average, and although there's an elevator, it's quite small. Overall, it's an acceptable place for a short stay. The location is convenient, about a 7-10 minute walk to the bus station and the airport shuttle.
