One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.

I was looking for modern decor, and it was amazing. Everything on the property with the rooms restaurant lobby area weresuper super clean. The staff was helpful. They do not have a microwave in the room, which is a little inconvenient. I wish they had a à la carte menu for the breakfast buffet. I’m not a big breakfast person and I thought it was a little expensive for someone that wants a piece of fruit or some juice.
I would definitely stay there again. I bought Day passes to Secret Royal resort. Love that they provide free golf cart rides between the hotel and the resort. But it’s also easy to walk there if you’re in decent shape.

What an incredible experience and perfect hotel with a perfect location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Guidance was amazing. Breakfast was a 10/10 each morning. Highly recommend it.
