Each villa, studio, and apartment are equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property features a Life Fitness gym, swimming pools, numerous fruit-bearing trees, a vegetable farm, outdoor dining areas, BBQ grills, and many other amenities.
The Space:
Silk Cotton is an exquisite collection of villas, studios and apartments. They are all very spacious and well-appointed homes set among manicured lush tropical gardens. Each unit is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home.
Amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, FREE basic cable television, air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pools, beach/pool towels, BBQ grill, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.
Silk Cotton is located in the upper middle-class neighborhood known as Montague Heights. Montague Heights is the neighborhood with Montague Beach, and Silk Cotton is about 3 blocks from the beach. Also, just a short two blocks away is the Harbour Bay Shopping Center with food store, liquor store, bank, Starbucks, Domino's Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, Lowe’s Pharmacy, Day Spa and many necessary stores.

Housekeeping Services
All guests pay a one-time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.
If you require housekeeping services, please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was helpful to have a restaurant on site. The villa was large and comfortable. There were a few broken locks on the door.The pools were amazing!

Our family had an incredible stay at the Silk Cotton Villas in the Bahamas. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was immaculate and spacious, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
We thoroughly enjoyed both of the pools, which offered refreshing escapes from the Bahamian sun. The garden, with its lush greenery and vibrant flowers, was a delightful place to explore. A special highlight was meeting So-so, who gave us a wonderful tour of the garden.
An unexpected yet delightful part of our stay was feeding the stray cats around the property. It was an added bonus that brought joy to our days.
Shantell was incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her warm hospitality truly made our experience memorable.
We would definitely recommend Silk Cotton Villas to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the Bahamas. It was a fantastic experience that we will cherish forever!

This place surpassed my expectations! Host answered all my questions and was super helpful with tour suggestions and rent a car. I cant recommend this property more. We felt so safe, everyone was friendly. Our 6 nights in Bahamas was a dream. The property was in excellent condition and so clean. Kitchen was great to prepare meals and grocery stores were near by. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Everything worked to perfection. Our flight got in a little early and we were able to check in early and rest after a long flight. Thank you for everything! 🇧🇸
