When you book your stay with us, you're steps away from all that the Atlantis hotel has to offer, without the crowds.
Our bright, ground-level condo backs directly onto a secured courtyard with a beautiful pool and gated access to the perfectly maintained beach!
With crystal clear water and beautiful white sand, the beach is perfect for snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, walking, or to just enjoy and soak up the sun!
With a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on our private patio and a number of grocery stores nearby, we often prepare most of our meals at home.
Otherwise, there are incredible restaurants nearby, including an onsite cabana bar and grill. One of our favorite nights out is to walk over to the Atlantis marina and sit on one of the many patios to enjoy the live music!
High-speed wireless internet access is provided free of charge along with in-unit laundry. Coffee, water, and propane are also stocked in preparation for your stay.
The grounds are patrolled by a private security guard inclusive of gated access to the beach and surrounding area.
This location is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway; without sacrificing access to luxury amenities like world-class restaurants, casinos, waterparks, golf, and luxury shopping.
Most of our guests opt to not rent a car, but if you do decide you'd like to do a bit of exploring our unit comes with a free parking spot!

Great Location, Condo was awesome, had all the things you can't take with you on the plane. Can't wait to go back! Very easy to book and no problems at all. Great Vacation!

Our family of 4 were here to celebrate spring break in April before our oldest leaves for college. The location was absolutely perfect. It was quiet and restful. We so enjoyed sitting on the gated outdoor deck for morning coffee which overlooked the pool followed by the ocean off in the distance. The condo was comfortable and well stocked, and the kitchen well equipped which we appreciated. It was also a convenient location as the Atlantis or shops in town were just a 10- or 15-minute stroll. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant which had good food and drinks and also provided takeout. The beach was just steps off the pool deck and was absolutely stunning with very few people. The ocean was a great temperature for swimming, and we had perfect weather every day. Paradise Island lived up to its name! Dan was a wonderful host and provided us with great information before we arrived and was super responsive throughout our stay if had any questions. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We would love to return soon!

The property is in a great location, steps from the ocean/beach and within walking distance to Atlantis and restaurants. The villa inside needs a lot of updates and if you are ok with outdated appliances this is the place for you. Pool is not heated but clean and nice.
