Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
-Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
-To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
-Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

The unit was nice, had a great view and is close to everything. The host was wonderful - was available whenever I had any request. I would surely stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony is amazing, we loved watching the whales and listening to the birds. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

We've stayed in this unit many times. Enjoy the location and view. Plenty of kitchenware, closet space, seating. We were very pleased.
Only snafu was a plumber had been doing work and when we checked in, a box with parts was spread out on counter. We just put them in the back in the box and placed it under a table.
