The room was cleaned and easy check in. The view was breathtaking. Even though it was raining during our whole stay, it was nice to have a warm place to go to. I would stay again, I will just take more clothes since there is not place to dry your clothes if it rains and the humidity is so high that it won’t dry by itself. My personal hair dryer became very handy just to dry clothes.

Everything was very clean and nice and the property was very well taken care of. Staff checking us in was very nice and provided free transportation to the cabana as your check in is different location than property. Also allowed us time to shop for food for our room across the street. I was expecting the hot springs to be on site but was at another hotel it is also not free as it does seem to seem that way in the amenities section and did not show it was a extra charge. Would defiantly stay again and recommend but was really looking forward to the hot springs amenity but not that I had to pay extra.

The room was clean and the whole property is well taken care of. Much nicer than other places in this price range. It also has hot showers where as others might not. It also has a great view of Volcán Arenal.
