Absolutely loved the layout of this hotel, it felt very homey. We used the common area often. You get wonderful volcano views when it isn't cloudy. Short walk to town center and quick uber access as well.
The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The showerhead was covered in grime or scum and the edges of the shower as well.

The staff were great and the grounds were quiet.
The pictures did not reflect the reality. The condition of the property is run-down and the amenities in the rooms are lacking. Serious upgrades need to happen.
