Part of our group came in at 11:30 pm. They helped us get a private car to get there, gave us a little frog tour that we missed.

Lovely stay. Felt like you were in the jungle. Highly recommend the night time frog walk tour. We had Milor as our guide and he was fun and very knowledgeable. We saw lots of fascinating wildlife and learned about the local ecosystem.

The house is large and very comfy. The garden is worth staying an extra day for. In the mornings if you sit still and quiet , you will see many birds and butterflies. It's a bit of paradise. The kitchen area is wonderful. I think the listing is a bit misleading as the map shows you will be in La Fortuna, but it is about a 40 minute drive, so you will need a car to stay here comfortably.

Falsly shown that the property is 10 min away from tourist attraction like Arenal volcano , la fortuna etc. even vrbo location points within la fartuna . But actual property is 1 har away from all theses. Which disrupted our plan and hikes big time.. what a waste. I will be complaining to vrbo abt this property. Though hos is nice and friendly, property is good. But felt they are not honest about the listing.
