Tulip Residence Modern Stay

The location is very near to where I want to go. The owner response fast and open to suggestions There are many shops at ground floors and so finding foods is easy Overall I like the one day (and night) stay there

The sofa is visibly stained with watermarks and needs to be cleaned. I avoided sitting on it throughout my stay there. Covering with a layer of cloth is recommended. There was no drinking water at all provided inside the apartment. No toilet tissue supplies No pots and pans at least to be used for light cooking like boiling eggs The floors were not that clean when I arrived - there were hairs and food remnants like bits of chips on the floors. I could feel it under my feet The toilet rugs and carpets looked old, stained and tired No kiblah direction inside the apartment. I suggest to have one drawn. Also please provide at least one sejadah or prayer mat There is no written instruction on do and don’t while staying there; it would be good to have one so that guests are clear about it Parking is quite high up at Level 3A which is actually at sixth floor. Indicate the spot as 3-09 instead of just -9 at the instruction.
