Good location close to my course location

Not enough kitchen utensils, 1 knife, no not, rusted pan.

1. No car park provided - need to park opposite n I’ve received parking summon ticket when checked out at 9am ++ 2. Very strong smell coming from the shower drain pipe hole. You can smell once u enter room. 3. Toilet is narrow , just enough to fit one person .not even baby fit in after that : also it’s so close to the bed, it’s so embarrassing if there is other. Ppl in the room . 4. One of the bed side table is broken

Everything is good

The unit are very clean. They also provide prayer mat, proper iron and iron board. They make it feels just like home.

No parking allocated for guest. I have to park outside of the building besides the road curb with no security nor safety whatsoever. After that have to walk to collect my unit keys from a restaurant, after collection have to walk again from that shop to the building itself. And have to register even have the access card as per the security guard told me. And their instructions in WhatsApp and Booking.com message are very confusing. They stated in chat, i need to go towards the stated parking lot and there got mailbox to collect more keys as what i understand from the chat and also i asked the guard, the guard also confuse with the instructions. End up i find my own way to get to the unit. If the key and access card i collected at the mamak shop were the main keys, why they need to still state in their chat that i have to go to collect more keys at the mailbox, its very confusing. And when I asked, their customers service told me to read again the instructions and understand the instructions carefully. What an attitude, its their fault, and they dare to asked guest to understand their confusing instructions. Luckily that night i came alone, i couldn't imagine if I came together with my babies and 2 other kids, how ridiculous and haywire its going to be to me.
