Overall we loved our stay at the Villa. It was comfortable, the views were exceptional, incredibly peaceful and we had a
Excellent facilities. Kitchen is very well equipped. Views are stunning and the garden is beautifully maintained. A very unique house with beautiful French interiors, peaceful, great views from every level of property. The outside dining terrace is great for dinners with friends and family. We absolutely loved our stay, stunning location and very comfortable. The Villa is not far from St Paul de Vence, it’s quite a walk but if you fancied an evening or day out there Ubers are readily available. BBQ on the terrace made for very lovely dinners every evening. Pétanque court was great fun and has ground lights for evening play.
Very little. The only few things we would like to see there is a new parasol / more shade by the pool. There is only one parasol and it’s quite old. Pool is unheated so a little fresh but we didn’t mind that on hot days.

Will come again to this wonderful villa in an great location
Beautiful villa, convenient location, responsive agent. Very peaceful - no noise from neighbours or road noise. Suitable for family, all the necessary equipment/facilities.
Some issues with old electrics but agent quick to respond so didn’t impact to much.
