Good location

Small, poor lighting(no lamps that worked, and really not enough either), couch was worn and lumpy and uncomfortable, sheets were very rough.

The condo was very cozy, well appointed, and immaculately clean. The location was nice, not even a block to the beach, with the path over the dunes to the beach just a very short 2 min walk away. There are chairs and an umbrella in the outside patio closet, along with bikes for rent just outside of this unit. You just use a QR code and scan and go off on your rented bike. It was about a 20 min bike ride into downtown Seaside, which was fun to explore. The pickleball/tennis courts are right next to the parking lot; we wish we had brought our pickleball gear. Bring beach towels, as these are not provided. This was a very convenient unit and we enjoyed our stay here very much!

There isn't much in the immediate area in the way of restaurants & stores; just a small strip mall with a beach souvenir store that was going out of business, with a couple other locales, like an ice cream shop. A little further down was another development with a Taco restaurant and surf shop, and further down is the very popular Old Florida Fish House, but it is about 15 mins in either direction to Seaside or the other beach towns.
