Very nice community. Parking was never full. Pool was close by. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals.

Walking to the public beach area was a bit far but that was noted in the description so we were prepared to walk. It wasn’t a big deal since we had teenagers with us. Might be stressful for a family with small kids?

The condo was nicely stocked with dishes.

The location was just okay and I wish I had done more research before booking this place. We live an hour from here and book this condo to have a beach bonfire for my daughter's graduation. I did not reach out to the company because the things that were issues were not things they could have addressed in the 3 days we were there. The ad I booked through was misleading. It shows a picture of the condo being one building away from the beach which it is, however that is a private beach so you have to hike down the beach quite a ways to find somewhere to sit amongst the hundreds of other people. Had I known this I would have booked something different. Also the ad I booked describes being a 2 minute walk to Walton dunes beach which is where we got the bonfire permit for. It is not a 2 minute walk, it is a 2 minute drive probably a 15 plus minute walk and the parking for that beach access is a 5 minute walk from the actual beach access. As far as the condo. It's an older condo painted and furnished nicely. There a lots of scuffs on the walls and the floor is honestly disgusting. Maybe they mop it but there were someone's old contact lenses on the floor in the bathroom. The grout is all black, you can't walk around with shoes or your feet will be black in a few minutes. If you use the oven the smoke detector goes off every time you open the oven door. Couch was comfy, beds were very hard. The noise coming from the unit above was a nightmare...all night long dragging things around, banging on the floor. I don't know what was going on but the sound barrier is non-existent. These units need rugs or something. Also if you want to play tennis or pickleball they do provide them at the onsite office but it is closed on the weekends. I worked in tourism for many years and one of the rules is in tourism you work weekends and holidays. Since we were only here for the weekend I wish that would have been detailed in the description for the listing.
