    Agoda would not allow me to upload actual photos of what the entrance and check in counter actually look like. The address is not correct..it's the coffee shop address. Taxi drivers cannot find the place because entrance is in an alley. The reception desk was empty when we tried to check in. We waited 15 minutes or more and the cell phone was ringing at the desk. The room waa not cleaned and had not been dusted in months. The beach is a short walk but not like Agod pictures. Agoda will never post truthful negative comments or actual pictures. Agoda only wants to collect the money and not deal with any problems you may have with booking after they charge your credit card.

    Facilty was well below of that was advertised. The pictures shown, when booking, were nothing like the facility. The pictures were far better. I like a firm bed, but the bed was rock hard. I have travelled extensively over 30 years and the bed was undoubtly the worst I have encountered. Cleaning was sub standard and the room and facilty appeared dirty. Security was also of great concern, eg no safe and entrance door. In my opinion the rating given by Agoda is well over rated and extremely misleading to customers in respect to this hotel.

    Place was very difficult to find, even taxi drivers didn't know where it was? Good value for location and facilities but traffic noise was noticeable because they honk at everything in DaNang!

    Don't believe the pictures. Don't expect Agoda to help if you run into any problems after they charge your credit card. Don't expect the hotel to do anything they will tell you to contact Agoda. Both will point fingers at each other and do nothing once money has exchanged hands. Fact. Truth.
