The location was good and pet friendly.
The room was clean upon arrival but the bed was hard. No air condition on elevator. No clean towels or extra toilet paper given during stay besides what was already initially there upon arrival. It was 3 adults for 4 days and we were given a total of 4 towels entire stay. No cleaning service or offering if anything during stay. Front desk was not helpful. No way to contact staff unless emergency situation. Front desk kept saying it was other owners and no support. No beach towels were supplied. I fell in shower no response for a injury report. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. A roach welcomed us when we entered the room. No sheets on one of the beds. Only a mattress pad and comforter. Didn’t realize it until it was time for bed and no compensation. Overpriced terribly.
