Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Samochód zaparkowałem w odległości 50m od mieszkania. Bardzo czysto, wyposażone full opcja. Polecamy.

Lokalizacja jest najlepsza jeśli zależy wam na widok na Motławę. Pod tym względem jest to bardzo dobry wybór.
Słabe ciśnienie wody – rozumiem, że jest to urok starych budynków. Mały telewizor, ale pewnie dużego nie ma możliwości założyć. Brak windy (ale to uwaga przyjaciela, który miał większą torbę).
