Chmielna 3C Street | 25 m² | At Downtown Apartments, we perfectly combine prime location with comfort. Granaria C15, located on Granary Island, is an elegant 26 m² apartment designed for two guests. Warm wood tones, matte black details, and Scandinavian-industrial accents create a stylish yet cozy interior, ideal for both relaxation and work.
The Space:
The main part of the apartment is a space combining living and sleeping functions. It features a comfortable double bed with a high, upholstered headboard in black. On both sides of the bed, designer copper-toned wall lamps have been installed, giving the interior a unique character. The whole is complemented by a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall with wooden cladding that highlights the warmth and elegance of the space. The apartment includes a comfortable workspace with a desk and lighting, ideal for home office or business travel.
The apartment also features a glass-enclosed balcony overlooking the modern part of the city and the Gdańsk Marina. It's furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, making it the perfect place to relax outdoors – both morning and evening.
Kitchenette is furnished in a modern style, combining warm wood with matte black, creating an elegant and functional space for preparing meals – it is equipped with an induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, and necessary utensils. Right next to it, by a large window, there is a bright dining nook with a round table and two comfortable chairs – perfect for morning coffee or a shared meal. For guest convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
Bathroom has been designed with attention to every detail. Maintained in subdued beige, white, and gray colors, it looks modern and fresh. A large round mirror visually enlarges the space, and a walk-in shower with a glass wall provides user comfort. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics - shower gel, shampoo, and soap.
Guest Access:
There is an underground paid car park ‘Interparking Chmielna 110’ (5 PLN per hour) in the building, but the availability of spaces depends solely on the car park operator.
The adjacent building houses a swimming pool, sauna, spa and massage area, and jacuzzi, which costs PLN 150/1.5 hours. Advance booking is required, which must be made at the Prana SPA reception desk at the Radisson Hotel, along with payment.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2020, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting place, the SASSY club.
