The location in the middle of the city is amazing as well as the straight access to the beach. The concierge is kind and helpful. The view is great.
The place is very small for five people and the ever present flock of seagulls keep screaming so loud that it interferes with one’s sleep. The apartment smells so potently of cleaning detergent that it’s impossible not to smell it all the time. Furniture in the so called living room area is weird and unappealing. The promised free parking place is a question of whether you’re lucky or not. If there is an available space in the crowded yard, you can park there but if not, you have to resort to a public, pricey parking lot.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est exceptionnel, à 2 pas des commerces et du front de mer. Vue mer imprenable avec coucher de soleil le soir. Accès direct sur la plage par escalier privé. Beau bâtiment historique. Parking dans la cour. L’appartement est bien équipé.
La deuxième chambre n’a pas de fenêtre mais une verrière qui donne dans la grande chambre. Aucune insonorisation entre les 2 chambres.
