The location is convenient, with plenty of shops, fast-food places and restaurants nearby. The apartment offers enough space for a family or a group of friends, particularly for a short stay. The bathroom is a reasonable size, and the sofa bed is comfortable enough, although it could definitely benefit from a proper cleaning. There is no traditional dining table, but a long bar-style counter with stools instead.

Unfortunately, the apartment looks quite worn and poorly maintained. It clearly gets a lot of use, and almost everything feels shabby and in need of attention. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, an electrical socket is broken but still in use, and the curtain rods look as though they could fall down at any moment. The choice of flooring doesn't help either, as its design makes it look extremely dirty, even if it has been cleaned. The bathroom itself also doesn't give a particularly clean impression. Finding the apartment can be unnecessarily confusing. The hosts send a useful check-in document through Booking.com, but if you miss that message, there are no clear instructions or signs at the property. The building contains several other rental apartments, so you are left guessing which one is yours. For future guests, it's on the first floor, to the right of the stairs. Another important concern, especially for families with young children, is that the staircase has no protective railing. This could be genuinely dangerous, so extra caution is needed. Overall, the apartment is acceptable for friends or a family needing somewhere to stay for a night or two, mainly because of its convenient location. However, the general condition, cleanliness and lack of proper maintenance make it difficult to recommend for a longer stay. With some basic repairs, a thorough cleaning and clearer arrival instructions, the experience could be significantly improved.
