The concierges were very helpful and friendly. The apartment worked well for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children under 4 years old). We were provided with 2 high chairs and two playpens for our 18 month old twins to use. The view of Isola Bella from the terrace was stunning. It was a short 2 minute walk to the Villa Mon Repos where we attended a wedding and other events. Using the steps to walk into town was a bit of a workout carrying the kids, but taxis are available, too.

The apartment is well laid out, spacious, clean and new. But all of that is minimal compared to the incredible view from the balcony. Wow! We only stayed here 3 nights, but I could spend an entire 2 weeks sipping coffee, wine, or water even, simply looking out at that view. The balcony looks out at Isola Bella, and the master bedroom exits onto the balcony. Hello, good morning views! It is worthwhile noting that the accessibility to the centre of town from this apartment is not ideal, and guests would be well advised to have a car rental for the duration of their stay here. Having said that, the apartment, views and pool are spectacular. I didn't want to leave!
