Terrazza Vento di Mare by Wonderful Italy

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the historic centre. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped with quality kitchenware. Every room has air conditioning (three units in total), which made our stay very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and almost unusable during our stay. The electrical system is overloaded very easily – if more than two appliances are used at the same time, the circuit breaker trips. The apartment did not provide even the most basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil or bottled water. We actually left these items (still and sparkling water, olive oil, vinegar and some basic seasonings) for future guests. We also offered to leave our almost new beach equipment (umbrellas and chairs) for a small amount, but the host declined. Parking was another downside. The instructions about where to park were unclear, and in July it is very difficult to find a parking space. Street parking costs €1.80 per hour during the afternoon and evening. You can reach the apartment by car, but only if you have a small vehicle, as access through the narrow streets is very difficult with larger cars. The rubbish disposal system was the most stressful part of our stay. Guests are charged a €50 penalty if any rubbish is left behind, yet the instructions provided for waste disposal were incorrect. We even sent a video to show the problem, but no effective solution was offered. On our last day, we spent a long time trying to find a place where we could legally dispose of the rubbish. Communication with Wonderful Italy was frustrating. Although they responded on WhatsApp, their replies were rarely helpful and most of our issues remained unresolved. It felt as though communication existed only in theory, not in practice.

L'UNICO INCONVENIENTE , IL PARCHEGGIO .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 2 terrasses sur les toits, cuisine super bien équipée avec lave linge, 2 WC, la clim super agréable et très bonne literie. Emplacement idéal proche de tout notamment proche de places de parking gratuites (marquage blanc) et super calme, aucune nuisances.

The location was great

As with many old town properties it was up a steep hill. Then steep stairs into the house. Of concern was another set of very difficult stairs up to the shower. Positively dangerous without a hand rail. Cat next door caused problems. Staff not at all empathetic.
