In generale il soggiorno è andato bene! Posizone ottima. Parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo. Checkin checkout veloci. Letto comodo. Assistenza cliente di rentbeat efficacie e veloce.
Servizi che mi sarei aspettato ma che invece ho dovuto provvedere a comprare: mono porzione olio e sale, non sufficienti all'intero soggiorno; un solo rotolo di carta igienica. Mancanza di uno stendipanni. Wifi non presente. Non consiglio utlizzo della lavatrice poichè lascia la ruggine. Firma di un contratto di locazione, non precedentemente segnalato in fase di prenotazione su Booking.

L’armonia della casa, piccina ma davvero ben tenuta. Tutto a misura, fatta con amore.
Unica pecca il bidet,ma mi rendo conto che non c’erano gli spazi quindi non lo considero neanche un difetto.

Apartment itself is really, really nice and cosy. And the location is suberb.
So many things went wrong. First It says on Booking.com that all the taxes and fees are included. But no, before I was able to check in, I had to pay the city tax. Booking.com refunded that. Then the wifi didn't work at all. There were no instructions for passwords or nothing so I had to message about that quite a few times. And wifi never started working. And the last thing, we couldn't get hot water from the shower even once, but I lost my will to even complain about that.
