The owner, Mohamad, is an absolute gentleman. He lives next door with his family. I was traveling solo with two small kids and he kindly brought some toys to keep them entertained. He also showed us around the area on his day off and treated the kids to ice-cream by the pool. Just ask if you need anything, he is very responsive. The house is huge and well equipped with towels/dishtowels, coffeemaker, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. There's a corkscrew if you fancy a glass of vino. :P Unlike in some rentals, the sofa is comfortable and large. The TV has YouTube/Netflix. The WIFI password is on the box by the garage door, and the signal is strong enough for Zoom calls/streaming. You'll find a brand new washing machine in the garage with detergent provided. The shower has great pressure and abundant hot water. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. (Note: No lock on the bathroom door. Knock first!) The AC was most welcome during a heatwave. The sheltered saltwater pool is next door, and again this was appreciated in the August heat. It has a toilet cubicle, which is very handy. (Note: The pool is sometimes rented out, it's free to use at all other times.) There's a Burger King with play area across the road, alongside a Lidl, which shuts at noon on Sundays. A local Carrefour delivers if you get caught out like we did. The house is well located a short distance from Toulouse, Airbus, and the airport. The area felt very safe with many families around. If you're traveling with children Monkey Park is close by. C'LAVENTURE is also close and definitely worth a visit with the kids. If you are just a couple traveling, the owner also has a beautiful studio apartment for rent on site. TIP: Finding the house was a little confusing at first. There is a double driveway across from Basic Fit gym on Chem. de la Salvetat. Take the gravel road on the left, not the paved one on the right.

We didn't get to meet Mohamad's wife and family as they were away during our stay. Hopefully we can return one day to thank his girls for letting us borrow their toys. Thanks for the memories! :)

Propriétaire très arrangeant, disponible et réactif. Très bel hébergement grand et spacieux, nous avons passer un très bon séjour. Je recommande à 100%.
