Appartamento nuovo davvero molto carino in una posizione servitissima. Ampia cucina e due bagni comodissimi anche se piuttosto piccoli.
La casa è a piano strada e affaccia all'esterno perciò aprire le finestre vuol dire avere rumori costanti (anche di notte c'è comunque transito di macchine). Il frigorifero è piuttosto rumoroso e manca l'aria condizionata, presenti ventilatori a soffitto in tutta casa ma credo che in piena estate non siano sufficienti.

I bagni, la disponibilità dello staff, la posizione. In generale, bene.
Il freddo. Ho avuto difficoltà ad addormentarmi nonostante i termosifoni al massimo. Secondo il mio parere, non sono sufficienti a scaldare adeguatamente l'appartamento in periodi in cui fa moltissimo freddo. Potrebbe essere soggettivo quindi metto le mani avanti.

L’unica nota negativa è la mancanza di oscuranti nelle finestre delle camere (ma è una questione di abitudine)
