A very nice apartment with an amazing view of the sea. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, making the stay very comfortable. The balcony was a highlight — a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and take in the stunning sea view.
The kitchen is very well equipped: there are two coffee machines, a kettle, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. A parking space is also available. The location is excellent — very close to the Anita Garibaldi path, where you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the coast with wonderful sea views.
Overall, a lovely place with fantastic views — we really enjoyed our stay.
The entrance to the apartment is very narrow, which made it difficult to bring in our luggage. This seems to be quite common in Liguria, but it was new to us.

Wir waren mit der Bahn da. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Genova Quinto al Mare entfernt. Die Lage war traumhaft. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer sensationell. Man muss ein schmales, steiles Treppenhaus hoch steigen und auch in der Wohnung gibt es eine steile Treppe in den ersten Stock, ich empfehle es nicht für Personen mit Geh-Einschränkung. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Als wir ankamen, lief das Wasser im Spülbecken des Badezimmers nicht ab. Ausserdem kam kein heisses Wasser für die Dusche und im oberen Stockwerk waren vier Glühbirnen kaputt. Suzana, die uns in die Wohnung hinein gelassen hatte, bot sofort einen Handwerker auf. Noch am selben Tag wurde alles repariert. Dennoch könnte der Unterhalt der Wohnung etwas sorgfältiger sein, sodass man nicht zuerst den Handwerker aufbieten muss. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wenn es diese anfänglichen Zwischenfälle nicht gegeben hätte, würde ich der Wohnung 10 Punkte geben.
