We loved how close it was to town. We also loved the amenities and the privacy.

Can't say anything negative. I would just give a heads up that the driveway is pretty steep and depending on weather conditions and vehicle it could be dificult if not impossible to drive up to access property. Fortunately that was not the case for us.
