Nos encantó la casa, espaciosa y bien decorada con una ubicación perfecta a solo 1km de la Playa de San Lorenzo. La cocina completamente equipada y el área de comedor al aire libre nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El aparcamiento gratuito fue una gran ventaja, y esta cerca tanto de la playa como de las atracciones de Gijón. Silastur fue muy amable y nos explico todo con detalle. Solo pudimos quedarnos unas noches pero volveremos.
Es difícil encontrar algo que criticar. Si tuviéramos que mencionar algo, sería que nuestra estancia no fue lo suficientemente larga para disfrutar completamente de todo lo propiedad y ubicación tenían que ofrecer. Quizás un folleto de bienvenida con recomendaciones de restaurantes locales sería un buen toque, pero esto es realmente solo una sugerencia menor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Costera Gijon. All the rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living areas were comfortable (our kids really appreciated the large screen TV!). The private garden and terrace are a lovely place to relax with a morning coffee or sundowner. The house is an easy 10 minute walk from supermarkets, beaches and playgrounds. It is possible to stroll into the city centre or catch local buses, if you don't want to take the car. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Gijon.

El tamaño
Hubo un problema con el acceso a propiedad u la persona encargada no estuvo a la altura y tuvimos q saltar la vaya del chalet para poder acceder a la vivienda.
El tambor de la persiana de la primera habitación de la derecha con una capa de polvo espectacular.
Pedí factura y de momento nadie me la ha mandado ni se ha puesto en contacto conmigo.
