Terraza de Corrida By Silastur

The apartment is gorgeous with fantastic views from every window , a lovely big terrace, comfortable beds and furniture, a great kitchen, and 3 bathrooms There is a fabulous bathtub. It is on a big shopping street yet not noisy as the place is up high and well built. The location is lovely for getting to the port, beach, acuarium, and restaurants.

There should be some fans and or screens. We got a lot of mosquito bites. There is no parking nearby, and unloading luggage is not easy.

Very nice apartment right in the centre of Guijon. Close to both beaches (San Vincenzo and Poniente), numerous restaurants and cofee places, shops, groceries and more. It's on the 10th floor and the terrace is great. Access is very easy with the app (but keep your phone charged!). 3 full bedrooms plus an extra room with a (comfortable) sofabed and walls that can be slided to create privacy. 3 bathrooms (1 huge, 1 medium, 1 small). Good dishwasher, washer and dryer. Good oven and microwave, nespresso machine, sufficient plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, good kitchenware. Numerous closets, you can bring your entire wardrobe and still have space left. The communication with the agency was generally efficient and fast (via whatsapp). We were granted a late check-out.

The lay-out is a bit strange, with a bathroom in the middle that you need to go through to reach the MBR. A wine room that seems a bit overkill, and oh, the lights... we did not count but the number of spotlights is totally over the top, and associated with even more lightswitches - impossible to handle!! The terrace furniture is wobbly and old and needs replacement. The umbrella's mechanism is broken (and it's too small) and was not replaced despite our mentioning it. When it's warm (not uncommon nowadays...) a few electric fans for the bedrooms would not be a luxury. The vaccum cleaner is broken and was not repaired/replaced despite our mentioning it. Parking in the nearby parking garages is very expensive. But these few points are minor and did not affect our enjoyment of the place.

Es el alojamiento soñado. Tres habitaciones y tres baños (y más). Todo funcionaba perfectamente (salvo una pequeña cosa, ver más abajo). Cocina hiperequipada. Sartenes Castey nuevas de tres tamaños. Electrodomésticos de alta gama. Cuarto de lavandería con lavadora y secadora Siemens. Terraza soñada.

El estor de cadena de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba. Es la décima planta de un edificio moderno de la calle Corrida, junto a la plaza del Carmen. Quiero decir que no está en un edificio histórico.

Todo, lo recomiendo sin duda. Camas cómodas, una terraza espectacular, y mucha paz.

No me gustó el mecanismo de las luces. Pero no pienso que sea un inconveniente.
