I didn't clearly understand where to brush my teeth and clean my face, maybe in the toilet 🚽? It's an onsen town so showering isn't an issue though.

The property is situated in a quiet calm residential neighborhood its a 10 min walk from JR Kinosakionsen station the owner and the staff are very humble and welcoming , Family mart at a 6 mins walk from the property. .The property is a book store actually , They have a mini bar and kitchen with kitchen with cutleries utensils, refrigerator to store purchased foods kitchennete with basic things utensils , water heater kettle , microwave oven bread toaster, Dining table, they provide free umberellas, toiletries. The locality is calm locality with balcony and stream mountain view was amazing . wifi was fast. Air driers wash basins were prick and clean Over all its a great location and a peaceful stay on a budget. A towel and blanket is provided. We statyed for 1 nights. The bedroom was nice and our room was spacious and good ventilation air con was effective, futon beds was very comfortable . wardrob to store things, The staff communicate effectively and promptly to my request and query messages . Check-in was smooth and the staff explained us very well. Onsen baths are very close and at walkable distancefrom the property. Kinosakionsen Ropeway to Onsenji temple is just a few mins walk from the property They provide free umberallas for use and return. They provided a free complimentary drink coupon , which was a surprise to the guest. The property is open 24 hrs.

Staircase is steep, the dining area could have been maintained bit better but it was okay. Property has no bathroom , but its not necessary as the Kinosaki onsen town is famous for Public Baths hopping.

It sits right by the end of the Onsen trail, very discreet yet cozy and a book bar downstairs. Great place to unwind and relax after onsens! Staffs were chill and accommodating.

Great location, big room and comfortable bed, very affordable for a solo traveller, friendly staff. Didn't miss the shower facilities as there are so many onsens in the town.

It was mentioned but the noise from the bar area really does travel. For me the chatter was quiet until about 10.30pm when one loud customer arrived. That said at exactly midnight it closed and got quiet.
