The biggest advantage of the apartment is the beautiful terrace with a great view. The location and the view give the apartment great potential, and the terrace could be a wonderful place to relax with some improvements, especially regarding shade and comfort.

My main disappointment was that the quality and equipment did not fully match the price. There are no mosquito screens on the windows or doors, and no basic mosquito protection was provided. As a result, I was not able to keep the windows or doors open at all. The terrace also lacks proper shade, and the chairs do not have any cushions. Because they are exposed to direct sunlight, they become extremely hot and are almost impossible to sit on during the day. The kitchen is rather basic and lacks some essentials, such as a coffee pot and some cooking utensils. The dishes and equipment are quite worn and could use an update. The TV was also quite limited, with only YouTube and Netflix available (requiring your own account). For a price of €160 per night, I expected a better level of equipment, comfort, and attention to detail. I contacted the agency upon arrival, and they were able to resolve some issues. However, many things could not be improved during my stay. One additional thing worth mentioning is that the agency advertises several apartments in the same building using shared photos, so it would be helpful for guests to have exact photos of the apartment they will receive before booking.
