About this villa rental
Countryside Family villa with private pool located in the village of Donje Selo on the island of Solta. Authentic dalmatian style house is a combination of antique elements and modern amenities, situated in a peaceful oasis in the island's hinterland, approximately 1 km from the sea. The location is great for complete relaxation, far away from crowded touristic destinations and city centers, ideal place for families with children and all those who are looking for a no-stress holiday.
The accommodation is suitable for 6 persons providing a great set of amenities, both inside and outside the house.
Inside the house there are 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with king size beds and another one with a single bed (100 x 200 cm), a large living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. WI-FI Internet, air conditioning / heating, SAT TV and fireplace are all available in the villa.
In the living room there are two sofas by the fireplace and satellite TV, great area for relaxation in all seasons of the year. Next to the living room there is a dining area with table and chairs meanwhile on the other part of the house there is a kitchen, completely equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, dish washer, kettle, plates, cutlery and other cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with shower box, washing machine and toilette, providing hair dryer, toilette paper, soap and shampoo.
In front of the house there is a large patio with table and chairs and a private swimming pool (28 sqm) available in mid and high season (natural water, not heated). At the terrace you can also prepare barbecue/grill and enjoy your meals by the pool.
Private parking is available next to the property entrance.

The house was perfect in every way. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and teenagers, with lovely sitting area with shade at all times of day. The house was small but well equipped, clean and beautifully air-conditioned, bug-proofed and so comfy we slept late every day!
The hostess was amazing, cleaning the pool daily, making sure we had everything, letting us know about public holidays and bad weather. She even left us delicious treats of cakes and figs!

We stayed 2 weeks here in Vedrana's holiday house... The house is a pefect base for an island holiday!
Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean with washing machine. Living area clean and comfortable.
The outside area is really impressive! Lovely garden with pool and barbeque!
Vedrana and her family were the best part of the house. They were so hospitable, helpful, good fun... they leave you alone to holiday but are around to shout over ' How is your day going '.... Super host family.
Šolta is an island with 2 little supermarkets...it has super food markets open every morning! Breads... fruit... honey etc.
Rogač actually has a boat that comes in from the sea in the mornings.... you can't get fresher than that!!
The restaurants here are really good... not cheap... but really good! (No one really serves breakfast so eat in)

Sehr schönes rustikales Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern mit einem traditionellen Gebäck und kühlen Getränken empfangen. Die Ausstattung und die Qualität des Hauses ist top. Lediglich das Internet funktionierte nicht richtig bzw. zu langsam. Ratsam ist auf jeden Fall ein gutes Mückenspray. Die Insel Solta ist wirklich sehr ursprünglich, aber man findet alles, was Man(n) und Frau zum Leben braucht. Also kurzum ein absolut zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus.
