Farm Homestead just 10min from the City

This place exceeded our expectations and was our favourite place so far on our NZ journey! The quality of the house was amazing, we had everything we needed and more for a comfortable 3 night stay. I just can’t recommend it enough for bigger families.

Only downside is the extra sleep out is a bit far from the main house for toilet etc but it is nonetheless a beautiful cosy cabin.. so peaceful and a great view, no neighbours!

It was central between town & the netball courts, for the tournament we were in Rotorua for. The decor was stunning! The whare was spacious & warm on arrival Allowing us to park our trailer, a night prior to our booking 🙏 The king bed in the ensuite was soooo comfortable.

Although the cottage was lovely, it was a bit far from the main house for us who were staying together. But definitely understand the potential for that private space There was so much space for a spa 😉😁

Warm and clean. Beautiful views and big spaces. Responsive host.

It largely lacks descriptions/ instructions /guide such as: 1. Property description - we did not know that there are 3 different dwellings/ separate toilets/ one being a garage - very confusing and inconvenient. 2. No operational instructions and manuals which is very vital 3. No instructions for rubbish disposals/ no rubbish bins in the toilets. 4. Condensation/ weeping windows 5. Lacks mirrors 6. No privacy - see through masters ensuite windows and garage (living room), nil curtains / covers 7. Appliances and equipment are to be figured out on our own. We have to message property manager multiple times who was also unsure at times, although responsive.
