Could be a better stay .

The apartment is very well situated near public transport and a very big supermarket. All is brand new and the pool is very nice . It has a nice terrace overlooking the others neighborhood pool , nice for chilling out .

The lack of information . You arrive with the information of the codes for opening the door of the building and for retrieving the keys but … No clue of which apartment building it is ( there are at least 10 ) … no clue to where the key is ( found out it was inside a postbox ) and no clue what apartment number it is … just a first floor …it took us 2,5 hours at 38 degrees to get inside the apartment. Absolutely unbelievable. No information whatsoever about the WIFI code in the apartment .. had to ask the day after ..and no info where to trow the trash . Very warm in the summer no ventilators available and no towels for the pool provided .

Some good things, some very bad ones!

The apartment was modern and comfortable and had most facilities we needed. It was quiet and peaceful with the balcony door closed or when the pool below was not in use. Plenty of parking spaces were available. It's in a great location for access to the bus into Geneva.

We had great difficulty finding the apartment because the address given was confusing and incomplete (for info, the property is on Cyclades II and the building is called Milo 1). Only with help from exceptionally friendly residents we bumped into did we get to the right building. Then found the online information on how to access the building and apartment was very confusing. Altogether it took us well over an hour to figure it all out and get in. This was very stressful after a long journey. Throughout this, I tried contacting the host by phone and messaging, but he was slow to respond and not at all helpful, just resending info we'd already received and not answering my questions. In the room, the bed is in a very odd location against the wall and in front of the window, so there are no bedside tables and it was sideways onto the TV. It could easily be turned to resolve all these issues but we weren't there to shift furniture. No air conditioning and with sun coming round in the evening, it was sweltering in the recent heatwave. With the balcony door open for air, the sounds of kids in the swimming pool till about 1930hrs was very noisy. No information provided in the room on wifi password, availability of the pool or where to get rid of rubbish. Leaving the gate keyfob on departure is a pain, as you have to open it, drive out and then walk back to the apartment block (about 150m) to deposit the keys. I don't usually write bad reviews, just don't give a good one, but this was my worst Booking.com experience in about 15 years!
