La propreté, l’emplacement et le personnel.
Le studio est relativement bien dans l’ensemble, toutefois nous avons été très déçus de constater que la fenêtre était complètement cassée et maintenue avec du scotch, laissant une insécurité totale, d’autant plus que l’appartement se situe au 1er étage. De plus, on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue, et le volet étant également cassé, il est impossible de le fermer. Il faisait donc entièrement clair dans la chambre, ce qui ne permet pas de dormir correctement. Nous sommes donc très déçus du studio au vu de ces éléments.
