At the moment, we can only leave a negative review for Appart T2 St. Julien. Although we had received confirmation that a late check-in was possible, we were unable to access the apartment upon arrival because the code to retrieve the key did not work. No one answered the phone despite our repeated attempts to contact the host, and we were forced to find an alternative solution for the night. Since we were unable to use the accommodation, we have requested a full refund. Should our request be accepted, we will be happy to update our feedback accordingly and inform future guests about how the host handled this unfortunate situation.

Flat is really cozy and have nice location near mountains, center, bakery and groceries. We had all amenities needed to spend a week in St Julien including cooking. Good internet allowed us to work comfortable. No problem with parking place.

Juste en face Intermarché , uniquement !!!

Tout d’abord quand on arrive dans le hall cela fait peur, partie commune pas attirant, L’apt quoi dire le canapé pas du tout confortable, la machine à laver n’essore pas , une odeurs dans la machine à laver horrible qui me l’a donner à tout mon linge que j’ai voulu laver malgré la soupline , des blattes dans L’apt que j’ai trouvé sur le tapis et dans mon linge , endroit très bruyant, manque un four et un sèche linge et surtout la propreté pour moi essentiel et dans cet apt pas du tout, très déçu

Logement très bien mais il manquait un peu de plat et de vaisselle sinon tout était parfait, emplacement très bien frais de Genève et du Mont salaire

Rapport qualité prix vraiment excellent, hôte très reactif. Le petit séjour en famille a été très agréable.

Logement très bien rénové, très chaleureux, lumineux, avec un balcon assez spacieux.

Malheureusement la contrainte était les places de parking, après 20-21h trouver une place de parking (même si ce sont des stationnements privés) il est très compliqué …

Agréable séjour dans un appart cosy et moderne

Apparemment conforme aux photos, très agréable, confortable et Lumineux avec beaucoup d’équipements. La lessive sent vraiment bon ! Belle vue. Intermarché au pied très pratique. Rue passante au pied de l’immeuble mais ne pose pas de pb au regard de la situation au 5eme étage de l’immeuble et du vitrage épais.

Seul bémol, il est très compliqué de communiquer avec les personnes en charge de l’appartement, l’ascenseur ne montait qu’au 4eme étage alors que l’appartement était au 5eme, la porte de la résidence en bas était ouverte 24h/24 donc aucune sécurité ! Bien dommage, mais l’appartement en lui même est équipé d’une porte blindée, rassurant du fait notamment des parties communes dégradées

DESASTREUX !!!!!!

L'appart était propre et bien décoré, lumineux et petit balcon sympa bien que donnant sur la route. Intermarché juste à côté et aussi une boulangerie et un restaurant asiatique juste en face de l'immeuble. Mais ce n'est pas le meilleur quartier de St Julien en Genevois car assez loin du centre environ 1 km Peut-être que les problèmes ont été résolus depuis.

J'ai dû garé la voiture chez un commerce pour allé à pieds récupérer les clés avec le badge pour entrer dans le parking même cinéma pour la sortie en fin de séjour ! Ascenseur en panne, appart au 5ème étage, obligé d'allé au 6ème et descendre un étage à pieds par les escaliers palier encombré d'1 table et de chaises et pour sortir, descendre au 4ème, palier encombré d'1 étendoir avec du linge dessus !! Pas pratique du tout avec des valises et des sacs !! Hall d'entrée délabré et peinture défraichie et pants de murs qui tombent ! On dirait 1 HLM laissé à l'abandon !! Pas d'eau chaude ni dans la cuisine ni dans la salle de bain et douche. Pression de l'eau inexistante. Service client mal poli, insultant, me riant au nez et ils m'ont raccroché au nez. L'hôte " Kévin" n'a même pas répondu à Booking qui l'a contacté parce que j'ai demandé un dédommagement donc ne prend pas ses responsabilité. Je pense que c'est géré par une plateforme autre que Booking !!! J'ai les photos de tout ce que j'avance et Booking les ont aussi reçues.

L'intérieur de l'appartement était propre et coquet. L'équipement de l'appartement était soigné. La réactivité du servvice de conciergerie.

L'appartement est situé au 5ème étage et l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. Les parties communes de l'immeuble et la résidence ressemblent à une citée HLM. Il n'y a pas d'occultation dans le salon pour y dormir la nuit. La cafetière n'est pas top pour un café le matin.

Séjour correct à Saint-Julien-en-Genevois

L'appartement réaménagé avec des équipements et du mobilier récents. Les commerces tout proche (boulangerie à 50m, Intermarché à 50 m). Le calme. Le parking au pied de l'immeuble. Les messages réguliers d'informations avec le propriétaire. La proximité avec la Suisse.

Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement et la température dans l'appartement est insuffisante. En cette période hivernale, cela est particulièrement dommageable. La cuisine est globalement bien équipée mais pourrait être complétée avec quelques ustensiles supplémentaires. Autre suggestion : rajouter des patères dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir accrocher des serviettes.
