The host is communicative, sincere, and responsible. The location is excellent for concerts, within walking distance of Unifi Stadium.

The house did not meet my cleanliness expectations, which I based on the positive reviews I read. I have communicated this to the host, and I appreciate their positive response and willingness to address the issue. All the necessary amenities were provided, which is great. However, I noticed that the water pressure in the bathroom is not strong. For a light sleeper, the front room would not be suitable. You might hear traffic or motorbikes passing. I believe addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—very close to my concert venue, which made it incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of travel time. The staff owner were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.
