Уютная квартира, на кухне и в ванной есть все необходимое. Хорошее расположение, недалеко от метро. В доме есть магазины. В подъезде живёт милая кошечка.

Рядом стройка, поэтому снаружи пыльно. Окна поддувают. В душевой отсутствовала дверь.

Located within walking distance to State University Metro; the apartment is located in a great area: a quiet neighborhood, but still in Saburtalo with all necessities nearby. There is even a Magniti store (grocery store) on the first floor of the building. The apartment is spacious. The decor is modern, bright, and colourful: featuring some artistic lighting and decorations. There is a large balcony, which you can enter from the bedroom, or the kitchen. On the entrance from the balcony there is a privacy glass - so noone will see you while you are in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for cooking, some pots, a large fridge, kettle and microwave. There is enough storage if you have alot of spices and dry foods. The bedroom is relaxing. A good size, large comfortable bed, warm lighting, and a wardrobe large enough if you are planning a long stay. The living room has a good size Smart TV; where you can watch normal channels or Youtube. Internet is stable, and you will be able to work from home if you need to. Communication with the host is easy. The host is polite and able to answer any questions you may have. They even provide disposable slippers and toothbrushes; which is a nice touch. I genuinely enjoyed my stay, and would recommend here to anyone.

The fridge was not cleaned when I first arrived. It would be nice to add a drying wrack for the dishes.
