Gonio Horizon Apartment

The host was kind and responded via Booking rather quickly The apartment is really with a sea view, its vast balcony overlooks the sea. It was great to do morning exercises and to admire sunsets sitting on the balcony. There are also 2 chairs , a small sofa and a small table on the balcony, however, as there is no table to take meals in the apartment, we had to bring the balcony table into the room. The condominium is very close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk. The sea itself is clean in Gonio, especially if you take a bit to the left, because the site right in front of our condominium is very close to a small river flowing into the sea from under the embankment. There is a good swimming pool on the territory of the condominium complex which you can use for free. It's said to be open from 10 am till 9 pm however at about 8 pm the staff already starts to pour fresh water into the pool so the water becomes colder. There is always hot water available in the shower, and there is a washing machine you can use, but don't forget to buy washing powder. There is a kitchenette in the apartment, with a two-burner electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, a mini-ref and kitchen utensils including 2 soup pots, 1 big stewpan , plates, cups and cutlery enough for 4 pax. But you better buy dish soap and sponges, there were none. If you are a coffee lover, you might need a coffee turk, there is none unfortunately. Since we only came for 4 nights we somehow got buy with a saucepan It's a good thing the curtains protected the room from the sun quite well.

The synthetic smell in the apartment did not disappear even after a day of airing. The surrounding area is not nice. It's actually next to a construction site at present, and there are many construction sites in the vicinity. Moreover, finishing work was underway in several apartments in our building. So it was noisy and dusty. The beach area doesn't have any changing rooms or showers, but thanks to the close location of the apartment we didn't need them much. Another disadvantage of Gonio as a resort area is that there is no park to walk, nothing to do except enjoying the sea (which is really nice and clean), and it takes around an hour to get to the center of Batumi by public transport (and you can't pay cash there!) Besides there is no market or supermarket where you could buy fresh meat or fish. We had to go to Batumi to buy it.

Хорошее расположение, до моря рядом, магазин и кафе рядом. Все необходимое есть в апартаментах. Владелец помогает со всем необходимым. Вид из окна достойный. Пляж под присмотром охраны, когда волны, не всегда удобно выходить.

Mieliśmy szczęście trafić na apartament tuż po remoncie – wnętrza są świeże, nowoczesne i bardzo czyste. Wszystko urządzone ze smakiem, bardzo przytulnie i komfortowo. W salonie znajduje się duży telewizor, a szybki i stabilny internet pozwolił nam nie tylko odpocząć, ale też wygodnie popracować zdalnie. Ale największym atutem jest zdecydowanie widok – z balkonu roztacza się przepiękny, niczym niezasłonięty widok na morze. Każdy poranek z kawą i każdy zachód słońca to czysta przyjemność. Lokalizacja również rewelacyjna – zejście na plażę zajmuje dosłownie minutę. W okolicy są restauracje, kawiarnie i sklepy, ale jednocześnie jest cicho i spokojnie. Idealne miejsce na relaks nad morzem. Z przyjemnością wrócimy
