Αν και loft, ήταν αρκετά άνετο. Είναι σε κάποια σημεία κοντή η σκεπή αλλά είναι loft ούτως ή άλλως. Η συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη εξαιρετική. Είχε τις απαραίτητες παροχές στη κουζίνα και στο μπάνιο. Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά ήσυχη και βόλεψε αρκετά το σουπερμάρκετ που έχει κοντά. Βρίσκεται σε υψηλό σημείο γενικά οπότε υπάρχουν κάποιες ανηφόρες αλλά εμάς δεν μας πείραξε καθόλου. Η διαρρύθμιση στο σπίτι ήταν προσεγμένη για τη καλύτερη δυνατή αξιοποίηση του χώρου. Είχε και κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών.
Ίσως να ήταν λίγο πιο προσεγμένη η φροντίδα του μπάνιου ειδικά στις γωνιές του και ιδιαίτερα λεπτομέρειες όπως το εσωτερικό του πλυντηρίου. Άλλες λεπτομέρειες όπως τα άλατα στο μπάνιο είναι δικαιολογημένα καθώς η πόλη γενικά έχει υγρασία πολυ όλο τον χρόνο και το νερό είναι σκληρό, οπότε δεν είναι απαραίτητα ευθύνη του καταλύματος αυτό. Τέλος, όχι αναγκαστικά αρνητικό αλλά μια smart τηλεόραση θα ήταν μια πολύ καλή αναβάθμιση.

Καθαρό αρκετά το δωμάτιο δεν έχει θέα στο βουνό βλέπεις απλά τις απέναντι πολυκατοικίες..
Το χειρότερο ήταν το κρεβάτι είναι δύο μονά ενωμένα το στρώμα απαράδεκτο ξυπνάς σαν τελικό σίγμα
