La Niseua

We really enjoyed our stay here in the Cinque Terre area. The property is in a remote, peaceful setting with only a few nearby neighbors, making it a wonderful place to unwind, slow down, and almost detox from social media for a few days. The house itself is a standalone villa with three levels. The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor, and it felt spacious, airy, and very clean, with the basic essentials we needed. We did not cook much during our stay, but it worked very well as a comfortable home base. For us, the location was especially useful as a base for exploring the region by car and train. It was about 22 minutes to Levanto and around 30 minutes to La Spezia, both convenient for catching trains to Cinque Terre and other coastal towns and cities, including Genova. Francesco greeted us at the house, gave us an overview of the apartment and the yard, and welcomed us with snacks. When we left, he even sent us off with fresh focaccia, which was such a thoughtful touch. Erica was also responsive and helpful throughout. We truly appreciated their Ligurian hospitality. Another bonus was being able to park the car inside the gate, which made things much easier and more secure. The one caveat for future guests is that the Wi-Fi / internet signal was weak, especially in the bedroom, where it was almost impossible for us to stay connected. The living room was better, but if strong internet is important for work or streaming, that is worth knowing in advance. Overall, this was a lovely stay for anyone looking for peace, privacy, and a good base for exploring Liguria. I only wish we had had more time to simply stay put and enjoy the property even more.

Alles war super

La Niseua è una casa di campagna ristrutturata molto recentemente. L'Appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato è nuovo, molto carino e completo di tutto. Ottima la pulizia. Il parcheggio è comodissimo. Il giardino è ampio e veramente curato: è possibile rilassarsi dopo le giornate al mare nella piscinetta idromassaggio o all'ombra del gazebo. La struttura è pet friendly: ottima soluzione per chi come noi viaggia con il proprio cane al seguito. La location perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità ma a pochi minuti dal paese e vicina al casello autostradale per poter comodamente visitare le Cinque Terre e i magnifici borghi liguri. Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari Erica e Francesco per la loro gentilezza e ospitalità e per averci fatto sentire come a casa.
