Abgewohnte, nicht empfehlenswerte Wohnung
Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Direkt am See. Im Sommer kann man den Balkon bestimmt sehr schön nutzen. Das Bad ist neu und schön.
Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht richtig gut gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist dementsprechend auch schon älter und bis auf das Badezimmer ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Sofa hat an den Armlehnen Überwürfe, damit man die ganzen Abriebe nicht sieht. Der mit einem Spiegel ausgestattete Pfeiler in der Mitte des Wohnzimmers hat einen großen Sprung. Das W- Lan- Passwort funktionierte nicht. Das Olivenöl in der Küche war seit drei Jahren abgelaufen. Das Feuerzeug war leer. Die Fotos geben die Realität nicht wieder. Es befinden sich keine Blumen in der Wohnung. Im Badezimmer gibt es weder Bademantel noch Hausschuhe. Es gab nur zwei kleine Fläschchen mit Shampoo, sonst nichts, nicht einmal Seife zum Hände waschen. Es gibt keine zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplätze, sondern nur zwei Parkplätze vor der Tür für 5 Wohnungen. Sehr unangenehm war, dass es in der Wohnung nur 13 Grad waren, als wir ankamen. Nach 6 Stunden heizen, waren es 18 Grad. Erst am nächsten Morgen war es mit 19 Grad erträglich. Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen, auch wenn sie recht günstig war.

Magnifique, mais le service absent.
L’emplacement magnifique. Sûrement la raison du prix. Bien isolé ( heureusement car des rodéo moto tous les soirs sur l’autre rive mais que fait la police ! ) Mais l’appartement est top, bien agencé … Le balcon est génial on a une vue magnifique sur le lac. Propre ( sauf un détail, les casseroles, sûrement nos prédécesseurs)… On a un super marché à 10 minutes à pied très utile.
Nous n’avons pas mis 9 ni 10 car nous avons appelé en arrivant , on a laissé un message , jamais on nous a rappeler ! Faut pas qu’il y ait de problème ! Le parking n’est pas un parking privé mais partagé avec tous des 2 résidences ! Oui le parking était plein au 22 et 24 ! Oui il y a des panneaux interdiction de stationner sur les places devant. Donc ce n’est pas 1 parking privé pour les locataires saisonniers mais un parking privé pour les résidents.
