Private bedroom in gorgeous shared Versailles house with heated and cooled pool

Had an excellent stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was well taken care of, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Also, Sandra from the cleaning staff was very kind and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

There is nothing about this property we did not like

The property is very well equipped & has nice amenities. The location is GREAT being in the middle Versalles area of Puerto Vallarta with many exceptional restaurants/bars & close proximity to the nice beaches & shops/shopping centers/supermarkets. It is comfortable & the garden/pool area is awesome. I was on a scuba diving vacation & chose this place to stay because it is in close proximity to one of the best local dive centers. The owner has fresh coffee brewing every morning, and is a very helpful & considerate person. The owner provides bathroom type supplies, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, soap, shampoo, conditioner…..pretty much everything you need that way. I brought some items with me & didn’t really need to. The snack basket the owner provides is a nice welcome addition. The property is VERY spacious & safe.

The bathroom shower area needs a new shower head. The shower head is very high up in the bathroom. The room could do with some curtains/blinds. It would be beneficial to have a clothes drying rack for the small courtyard next to the bedroom. There is not really anywhere to hang clothes to dry them naturally to avoid shrinking cottons/wools etc. (Note: the property does have an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer that you can use. Detergent etc is provided.) The TV in the room has VPN so all channels can be utilized globally, which is very beneficial, however the angle relative to the bed is a bit awkward for watching.
