really friendly staff, let us check in a little bit earlier and store our bags for us before that comfy bed, clean room and great shower ac was good as was the wifi communal areas easy to organise bike rental laundry facilities

Literie confortable. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et climatisée pourvue d’un frigo. Personnel charmant et toujours disponible. Prestations de services extérieurs plutôt honnête. Calme : dans une petite rue, perpendiculaire à l’avenue principale. Pleins de restaurants sur l’avenue. Possibilité de laisser gratuitement les sacs pendant plusieurs jours pendant que nous faisions la boucle de Bolovens.

Good location, only just off the national highway, but up a narrow alley, so quite well insulated from any noise. Near the end of the peninsula, the nice part of town where there's still some quaint colonial architecture. Most of the desk staff speak quite good English, and are very pleasant and helpful. There are a few little hang-out spots with hammocks; one on the west side of the building offers quite good sunset views.

The service of the hotel staff was excellent exceptional good. They did everything in their possibilities to comfort you. I give them 10 stars 🌟.

The hotel building itself was not maintained properly and has lots of issues. It's NOT the fault of the staff. It's the fault of the head management or owner who lacks of keep maintained the property.
