All the things I needed were provided and the homestay owner is very responsive. I requested for early check in and the owner is very kind-hearted and gave us a yes to it immediately but it is only because there's no booking for the day before us. So, yeah. You can ask the owner directly through whatsapp no that was given and they will reply asap.
Just that it is located in a Indian majority residential area which is not to my liking. But some people if they don't mind, then yiu can proceed staying at this place.

Rumah yg bersih dan lengkap. Dan owner rumah berfikiran jauh dgn menyediakan pelbagai jenis minuman dan snack utk tetamu beli. Dah x perlu keluar rumah!
