    Im aware this is homestay. 1. Busy road to/from homestay. (can tolerate) 2. Not safety. I return to homestay 2-3 am. Main gate still open. The receptionist/worker staying in the same compound. They shud close the gate during night (They’d give remote key if the gate closed). 3. Cleanliness at bare minimum. (Can tolerate-bring my own towel) 4. Pillow and mattress-hard. Body and neck sore. Blanket very thinnn. 5. Small kitchen outside room with coway and kitchen appliances. One iron for the whole house use. No tv in the room (can tolerate because homestay concept) 6. No hair dryer(cant tolerate) 7. No soundproof. Understandable bcs this is homestay. 2nights sleep is good. 3rd night there are new guests, make noise. Terrible sleep hearing they talk in the common area and strongly shut the door. *Overall rm100/night is not worth it. Better go to other 2-3 star hotel for better experience with the same price.
