Le Petit Provençal

Toplocatie. 10 minuten lopen van het SNCF treinstation. Ook lopend zo in het historische centrum. Schuin tegenover Polygone winkelcentrum. Leuke inrichting, alles is er, zelfs een waterkoker in de keuken, ijsklontjes in de vriezer en één Senseopad en twee theezakjes (groene thee). Badkamer, keuken en slaapkamer/beddengoed waren schoon. Verder is het natuurlijk goedkoop voor z'n locatie. Fijne communicatie met de host, die mijn verzoek om wat eerder in te kunnen checken kon inwilligen en dat ook op tijd meldde.

De teddy hoes die over het zitbankje was gelegd was niet schoon Ik zag letterlijk haren van mijn voorgangers en de hoes voelde vettig/vies aan. Ik heb hem eraf gehaald. Ook het tapijtje was niet goed schoon. Ik zag het kleine stofzuigertje in het schoonmaakhok: daar gaat deze klus ook niet goed mee lukken...ook poetste ik een klein vlekje tandpasta uit de wastafel in de badkamer. De buurt: niet zo prettig (voor een vrouw alleen), lawaai (ook 's nachts), ongure types. Ik moest s'nachts alles open houden, dus ook de terrasdeuren en dat voelde niet fijn, je zou er naar boven kunnen klimmen en op een andere plek had me dat niet uitgemaakt, hier wel. Eén van de twee ventilatoren werkt niet goed meer, en ik had ze nodig in de hittegolf!

The flat is well placed for walking to and from the modern shopping centre and not too far from the railway station. It is very fairly priced and has all one needs for an overnight stay (and always grateful for a place that permits a brief stay while travelling on). Great shower - good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Thankyou

It was extraordinarily hot and therefore we needed to keep windows and curtains closed - it was therefore hard to make it feel comfortable with regards lighting, the sofa had a fur-fabric cover which wasn’t ideal, and the kitchen light didn’t work so we had to operate in there using borrowed light from the bedroom. The building - not the flat itself - looks, feels, and sounds a little run-down (we were harassed when heading back to the flat, and then followed through the local streets - he seemed to guess where we were heading and hung around the building entrance for a while so had to do a detour to lose him) - there was a lot of noticeable activity on the stairs during the evening and since the outer door to the building is kept unlocked we did feel a little hypervigilant. Accessing the keys went fine, though I personally couldn’t manage it (my eyesight is poor in the dark and the keysafe is at the back of a low-placed (open) numbered lockbox - hard to reach and, for me, impossible to read the numbers) but my husband did. It does rather advertise to the world which is the ‘tourist’ flat so that combined with being followed added a little more to my feelings of vulnerability. It was fine - and I don’t have high expectations for a budget place to stay and to be fair this was a very convenient and inexpensive stay; and we’d not let this stop us from booking again, though I might think twice about staying there alone because of the difficulty with the keys and a feeling of vulnerability.

La limpieza , el colchón estupendo, que tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una está cómoda, para lavar , terraza, tendedero, papel higiénico etc…

Que la almohada tenía un olor a sudor. Y que la referencia de llegada es distinta a la que hay al momento de llegar, pone edificio Europa

La ubicacion esta muy bien, si quieres estar fuera del nucleo, tiene una terracita, y la cocina esta muy bien equipada

La cama no es muy comoda y la verdad es q las sabanas dejaban un poco que desear, los cojines son totalmente planos y tuvimos que poner los del dofa debajo, un poco incomodo, menos msl que solo fue una noche y por el precio tampoco puedes pedir mucho mas, solo con cambiar las sabanas por unas de algodon normal y unas almohadas un poco mas gruesas, Tuvimos dos ventiladores, que lo agradecimos porque la calor esos dias fue insufrible. el parking es un patio entre dis edificios menos mal que es primer piso y como viajamos en moto pudimos alarma. No me parecio muy seguro
