Apartment on the Battenkill River

We loved the apt! It was immaculately clean, well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen, nice bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed, and the host made us and our dog feel very welcomed. We also loved the fabulous homemade brownies he made, which was such an unexpected and delicious treat!! And the apt setting was beautiful, lots of trees, beautiful river out back. A quiet and peaceful setting at the apt, and surrounding areas in Greenwich (lots of farms nearby, good restaurants, and a quaint charming down town area.)

Our only regret is that the weather was rainy when we stayed at the apt. We would have loved to enjoy the apt deck outside more and would have liked to have stayed longer. We hope to come back soon.

Perfectly comfortable apartment, beautiful location, gracious hosts.

Very comfortable apartment! It has everything you need, including brownies! It’s very quiet and the hosts were great.

The bed was a bit soft for us but we are used to a very firm mattress.

The apartment had everything you could ask for. It was clean and well appointed. There were even homemade brownies. It was a quiet, really peaceful place.

We were disappointed we did not meet the hosts. It would have been nice to talk with them and get some pointers about the area especially where to put in our kayaks .
