Maison 45 min de la Tour Eiffel

The place is good (especially price-wise). Saint-Denis has a reputation as a neighbourhood, but this is definitely the quiet part of it - got no problems from the locals over the week I stayed. The beds are fine and comfy, the ground floor is pretty cool even during the heatwave, and I was fine with toilets and sinks. We have only seen one cockroach over a week, and I'm pretty sure it was just a friendly neighbour, not a permanent tenant :)

Hot water was scarce (either there wasn't any or it was available for only a few seconds). The shower sink upstairs was clogged by the previous tenants. During the heatwave the rooms upstairs were a bit too hot - but it was only expected, so no huge deal.

Emplacement idéale, très calme, pas loin du carrefour STAINS à pied 15 mn, Pas loin de chez nos enfants. Linge de maison compris (literie, serviettes de bains) Freebox, terrasse extérieure. Belle décoration des serviettes de bain disposer sur les lits.
