Wenn man improvisieren kann, ist das Haus sehr schön, wenn etwas noch nicht „eingelebt“ ist, gibt es Kinderkrankheiten.
Geschmackvolle Einrichtung
Bei unserer Ankunft lagen die gebrauchten Handtücher unserer Vormieter auf dem Badezimmerboden, die abgezogene gebrauchte Bettwäsche lag im Schlafzimmer auf den nicht bezogen Betten. Im Waschbecken im WC waren Zahnpastareste. Auf meine Mail mit diesen Hinweisen wurde nicht reagiert. Da die Wohnung große Fensterflächen hat und es keine wirkliche Möglichkeit zur Verdunkelung gibt, fühlt man sich bei Licht wie auf dem Präsentierteller! Das ist man in Deutschland eher nicht gewohnt. Besonders nicht eine Toilettentüre gegenüber einer Glaseingangstüre mit Bewegungsmelder fürs Licht, haben wir als extrem unangenehm empfunden. Auch, dass man nach jedem Türe öffnen erstmal Mücken jagen muss, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Es gibt keine Pfanne, Salatschüssel, Auflaufform. In der Hausbeschreibung sollte erwähnt werden, dass es einen Herd in der Küche gibt. Wenn nur eine Kombimikrowelle erwähnt wird, wirft das Fragen auf.
